Technology in the classroom should be used to give students access to resources and means of expression they wouldn’t have otherwise and provide teachers with more dynamic and productive ways to teach and assess their students.
Through my work and that of my cohort in the Digital Education Leadership program at Seattle Pacific University, I have learned how technology, when applied thoughtfully, can be integral to instructional practices designed to give students the critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication skills they will need in the years ahead.
